Summary of the Year 2021!

This time, we postponed the conclusion of the year to a warmer period and combined it with our summer trip. We opted for our favourite and proven destination - Masuria!

The title suggests a summary of 2021, but in fact it was a summary of the last two years. 2020 we would most like to let go - uncertainty, pandemic, lockdown. However, thanks to a close-knit team, activity and mobilisation, we managed to close 2020 successfully with the same line-up.

2021, on the other hand? It was a record year for us, full of successes, new ideas, projects and interesting realisations.

Amongst others, our successes can include:

•     The publication of the trade magazine "Podłogowy Przegląd", which is already a well-known and sought-after title in the flooring industry
•     A new online shop sklep.coniveo.pl - a change of layout, increased functionality and expansion of the offer for independent online shopping
•     Increased sales and several thousand m2 of fitted carpets.
•     We have successfully completed the rebranding of our own brand Workstep
•     and many more...

Of course, we do not intend to rest on our laurels. We hope that 2022 will be even more fruitful, although it certainly brings new challenges due to the global situation.

The annual wrap-up tour was an opportunity to evaluate the past year, set priorities for the current year and reward employees who have distinguished themselves through their work in 2021. Among the awardees, there was also the 2021 Employee of the Year, who was awarded to Łukasz Żelazowski - Senior Staff Assistant in the Service Department. Congratulations!

After the official part, it was time for entertainment. How did we have fun? Superbly!
