Covid-19 is apparently not letting up. Nevertheless, we assure you that, regardless of the outbreak situation related to the spread of the coronavirus, CONIVEO is operating in a "normal" manner and during normal business hours.

We strive to adapt to current conditions without compromising your needs. In order to minimise the risk of infection and ensure continuity of work, we have made a number of changes to our work organisation.

In order to provide our customers with a consistently high quality of service, we work both remotely and stationary. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we operate under a heightened sanitary regime. We provide protective equipment and all surfaces are regularly disinfected.

In addition, we have divided the team in the office in half so that we do not mix, a similar situation applies to the service teams, we try to make them permanent squads and teams - this way we can guarantee continuity of work, which means that we do not allow for possible downtime.

In addition, we are ready for online meetings via Clickmeeting and also encourage the use of the Floori app which will bring some of our customers a little closer to their dream carpet.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that we make every effort to ensure that all orders placed and work carried out are completed on time.
