Joint visit to the Museum of Polish Vodka - a small inauguration of the new Coniveo office

Yes - our refurbishment was finished in July, but there were no fireworks, confetti or champagne. There was no time to celebrate the 'opening of the new office' together. So on 6 December, St. Nicholas' Day, we decided to have lunch together at a nearby pub and then go on a tour of the Museum of Polish Vodka in the Koneser Praga Cultural Centre.
We learnt the secrets of Polish vodka, its history, the production process and we "got educated" before New Year's Eve about the selection of spirits :-) We already know that it was Polish vodka that was first, and that the "Polish Vodka" mark is a protected trademark.
Of course, our attention has not escaped the floor, namely it came from wine barrels, which, in the process of vodka production, were also flooded with spirit.
