Floor replacement and office operations
After several years of use, our carpet does not look good. We decide to replace it. Can we reconcile this with a functioning office?
The whole operation needs to be prepared logistically so that it goes fairly quickly and "painlessly". It is best to ask a representative of the company which will be replacing the carpet for advice. Every detail can make a difference here. Unfortunately, almost everyone working in the office will be involved in the replacement. This, of course, involves preparing their desks, cupboards and cabinets for the move. Emptying the cupboards is particularly important. Paper is heavy and the cupboards are not very well constructed and may not be able to withstand being moved, and you can do a bit of tidying up in the process :) Computer equipment should also be safely disconnected.
And when should you let the replacement team in? During the day is not very convenient, so evenings and weekends remain. This, of course, sometimes means splitting the exchange into stages. And so, after a few days of a little 'fuss', our office gets a new shine.
