ALUSYSTEM - prestige, convenience, efficiency
Every day, when crossing the thresholds of buildings with extreme traffic such as shopping malls, offices or office buildings, we often unknowingly walk over a cleaning system based on dirt-collecting cartridges embedded in aluminium profiles. Coniveo, in order to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers, has on sale under the TRAPER brand one of the most advanced system cleaning solutions - ALUSTSTEM. In order to introduce you to the advantages of the product, it would be necessary to start with its technical description.
ALUSTSTEM doormats consist of aluminium profiles connected by a stainless steel cable. Each profile has a rubber spacer to prevent its movement and a soft underlay to protect the floor from damage and improve the comfort of the product. The doormat can be fitted with the following cleaning inserts:
- Brush cartridge - the most aggressive and effective of all cartridges. Cleans shoes without the need to intentionally wipe them. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.
- Vinyl (rubber) refill - the main function of the refill is to clean shoes and anti-slip, it works well in combination with the brush refill e.g. alternately. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.
- textile insert (rips) - the purpose of the textile insert is to dry shoes and collect small dirt from them. It can only be used indoors. When it is not possible to use all cleaning zones, it is recommended to place the alusystem doormat inside the building with grosgrain and brush inserts.
By standard, doormats are placed in a hollow, which is finished with an aluminium frame flush with the floor. When a recess is not possible, aluminium overrun profiles are used.
The most important feature of the system doormats is that, with the right combination of cleaning inserts, we can almost minimise the bringing of dirt into the facility. This fact brings real benefits for the customer, the floors are better protected against dirt so they become less dirty (saving on care and cleaning costs) and less wiped and damaged. The sand brought in on shoes acts like sandpaper on the floors, so that expensive renovation is often necessary even after a short period of time. In addition, it should also be mentioned that less dirt also means cleaner air with less fungi and allergens.
ALUSYSTEM doormats are undoubtedly intended for the mass of customers for whom aesthetics play an important role. Thanks to a very long service life, the doormat maintains a prestigious appearance throughout its life. Coniveo is able to produce any size, also in a non-standard shape with any combination of cleaning inserts. In order to meet customers who value individuality, we have also introduced laser cutting of the logo on the doormat.
The activities related to the use of the system doormat are reduced to a minimum, it is enough to roll up the doormat periodically and select sand from the hollow. Nothing more! However, it does not hurt to rinse or vacuum it occasionally, so that it pleases the eye every time as it did the first time :)
