Summary 2015

On 19-20 February was held team-building trip, which summarized the year 2015. All of the company met in the Palace Żelechów SPA & Wellness, to come together to summarize the work in the past year. The whole 2015 was a challenging time in which there have been many important events for the company:

• visit of Coniveo factories ITC and Balta
• 20th anniversary of Coniveo
• introduction of a new cut carpet - Workstep Moderno
• create a collection Workstep Mobilo - carpet in roll, modular and the linear model
• undertake direct cooperation with the factory Vorwerk
• the employment of a new Commercial Director - Maciej Schmidt
• participated in many fairs and conferences, among others, Esculap meetings, trade shows Retail Design Show and Conference.
• and many more ...

During the summary of the year were also awarded employees who are most in 2015 contributed to the development of the company. It was chosen as Employee of the Year 2015 which was Ewa Bilkiewicz.

After summarizing and honors, it was time for the training part. The sales department trained product in the field of carpet ITC and Balta, while the service department and department store trained their skills in teamwork.
